➜] What are your collection hours?

Mon┃ Closed Tue ― Fri┃ 10am ― 10pm Sat ― Sun┃9am ― 12pm

🗓️ Do I need to preorder?

Yes. As our yogurt is freshly fermented and strained in small batches, all orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance and are subjected to daily availability. The daily cutoff time is 9:00pm for the earliest available pickup two days later. Do collect your items within your chosen 30-minute time slot (e.g. choosing 9:00am means your collection window is 9:00–9:30am).

🧊 How long does it stay fresh?

Please keep your order refrigerated asap upon collection. Do avoid leaving it at room temperature for more than 1 hour. Best enjoyed fresh within the day for optimal taste and texture. If needed, it can be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days from the day of collection ♡

📍 Where is the collection point?

The full pickup address (with unit number) will be provided after your order and payment is confirmed. Please note that we are a home-based business and offer takeaway only. There is no dine-in available at our location. Please don't be startled if you hear our two excited furry team members announcing your arrival with a few enthusiastic barks. They're just saying hello and are much louder than they are scary! 🐶🐾 During busy periods, your order will be safely hung outside the door for quick and contactless self-collection. We're currently offering self-collection only, but hope to introduce delivery in the future. You may arrange for a courier or pick up from our location.

🚇 How do I get here by public transport?

Take the MRT to Punggol Station ➝ Transfer to the East Loop LRT ➝ Ride 2 stops to Oasis LRT Station ➝ 5-minute walk to 665C Punggol

Our products contains dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

You may notice a little whey naturally separating from the yogurt over time. Don’t worry — this is completely normal and a natural characteristic of Greek yogurt. Simply stir it back in before enjoying, or pour off any excess whey if you prefer a thicker texture. 𓄼
