How do I know your unit number for pick up?

Once payment is made, you'll see full pick-up details including our unit number.

Question 2

Why don't you include all pick up details on Google Maps? It's very inconvenient.

Accepted Answer

This is intentional because of privacy (ours and our neighbours) and crowd control.

We want to avoid walk-ins and queues forming outside, which means more noise and less space for our neighbours living around us. Pre-orders help us manage this while being respectful to everyone on the block.

Question 3

It's 1230pm and I've placed an order for pick-up at 1pm which was the earliest slot available on your calendar, can I pick it up now?

Drop us a message on WhatsApp — you'll find the link once payment is made. We'll let you know if an earlier pickup is doable!

Just a heads up: our pickup slots are timed around prepping drinks for that window, so things can get a bit tight. But always feel free to ask, and we'll do our best to work something out.

If we can't make it happen, we're happy to give you a full refund. Do note it may take a couple of days to come through from our payment gateway — so if it's not too much to ask, please only book a slot you're comfortable with. Thank you!
