Sipspot started with two best friends who simply couldn’t stop talking about matcha. What began as exploring matcha spots around Singapore, became something we wanted to make and share with the people around Lentor. Today, every cup is still whisked by hand in small batches, with the hope of bringing a little comfort and joy to our neighbourhood—one sip at a time.

📍 Where do I collect my order?

Self-collection is at Lentor, Singapore. Our exact collection address will be shared after your order has been confirmed.

🗓️ When can I place an order?

Sipspot is available by pre-order only. Follow us on Instagram and Tiktok - @sipspotsg - to be the first to know when new pre-order dates are announced. Orders close once the pre-order window ends or all available slots have been filled.

💳 How do I pay?

Payment is made securely during checkout. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

⏰ What happens if I’m late?

Please collect your order during your selected time slot.

If you’ll be more than 15 minutes late, please DM @sipspotsg with your order number at least 30 minutes before your scheduled collection time.

Orders not collected within 15 minutes of the scheduled collection time (without prior notice) will be forfeited. No refunds, exchanges, or remakes will be provided.

📅 Can I cancel or amend my order?

As each drink is prepared in limited quantities and made specifically for your order, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are not available once payment has been made.

If you need to change your collection timing, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

🍵 Are your drinks made fresh?

Yes! Every drink is whisked to order using premium Japanese matcha. We don’t prepare drinks in advance, so each cup is made fresh before your selected collection time.

❄️ How long will my drink stay fresh?

Our drinks are best enjoyed immediately. If needed, keep them refrigerated and consume within 2–3 hours for the best taste and texture.

💚 Can I customise the sweetness or ice level?

Some drinks can be customised, while others are carefully crafted with a fixed recipe to maintain their intended flavour. Any available options will be shown when ordering.

🥛 Do your drinks contain dairy?

Our menu contains milk unless otherwise stated. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before placing your order.
