Smooth and decadant dark chocolate ganache, caramelised bananas and a salty caramel filling - encased in a buttery pate sucre tart shell. And finally, dusted with a layer of dark cocoa powder. Option to add chantilly cream on tart is available. (Tart is not decorated with any blueberries, nuts or rosemary - photo is for illustration of the tart's cross-section). Contains: dairy, cocoa, eggs, gluten, almond. Storage & Serving Instructions: Tart must be refrigerated prior to consuming. Take out from chiller and leave at room temperature to thaw for 5 - 10min before digging in for the best silky ganache texture. Store in chiller for 2 days in an airtight container. To be consumed 2 days from collection day.
